At RXShopUSA.com, we want every customer to feel safe and confident when placing an order. Please read our simple refund and return rules below.
1. No Returns
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
Health-related products cannot be reused or restocked once shipped.
2. When You Can Get a Refund
You may get a refund in the following cases:
a) Order Not Delivered
You can request a refund or a free reshipment if:
- Your order does not arrive
- Tracking does not show delivery
- The package is lost in transit
Note: If the address was wrong, we cannot offer a refund.
b) Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Send photos or a short video
We will offer a refund or a replacement.
c) Wrong Product Delivered
If we send the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will resend the correct product or issue a full refund
3. When Refund Is Not Possible
Refunds are not offered when:
- You entered the wrong address
- You refuse delivery
- The courier faces delays
- You change your mind after shipping
- The delay is due to weather or logistics
4. Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order only if:
- It is not processed yet
- You request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Reshipment Policy
If the courier returns your package to us due to an issue, we may reship it once at no extra cost.
6. How to Request a Refund

Our support team replies in 24–48 hours.
7. Refund Time
After approval, refunds take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
